GEETANJALI SHARMA, OUR FOUNDER
Hi, I'm Geetanjali Sharma, the founder of Kiyo Beauty. With a background in fashion design and a passion for cosmetology, I set out on a journey to help women feel beautiful in their dresses. However, I soon realized that true beauty is about being healthy and confident in your skin.
In 2012, my passion for cosmetology became a reality when I started my entrepreneurial journey. I began by creating skincare products for my loved ones, incorporating my practical experience, natural ingredients, and innovative active ingredients. The positive feedback I received encouraged me to enter the commercial market.
At Kiyo, we prioritize the needs and choices of each individual. Every product is crafted with care and a conscious selection of ingredients. My journey has been greatly influenced by my father, an Ayurveda practitioner, and my upbringing in a farmer's family. These experiences inspired me to look for simple, organic, and result-driven natural cosmetics that integrate Indian values with the efficacy of modern active ingredients. This fusion gave birth to our wholesome skincare brand, Kiyo Beauty.
Meet Remya
REMYA NAIR, OUR CO-FOUNDER
Remya Nair, my soul sister, is the co-founder of Kiyo Beauty. With a background in chemical engineering and 16 years in the corporate world, entrepreneurship was never in her plans. However, for Remya, skincare is more than just cream or face wash; it's a healthy lifestyle. Combining her knowledge of chemistry with her unwavering belief, she joined me in co-founding Kiyo Beauty.
Our paths crossed in 2018, driven by our shared passion for crystals and spirituality. Remya and I embarked on this journey together, shaping Kiyo Beauty with our combined expertise. Remya had full confidence in my scientific knowledge, and she knew that when combined with her creative and technical skills, it would be a winning formula.
